Lifts, relocations and abnormal loads from our own job sheets — cranes on site, rigging in progress and loads delivered.

A Fassi articulated crane mounted on a yellow flatbed truck is used to position a large grey electrical enclosure. The enclosure appears to be a heavy industrial unit being secured for transport. Three crew members are visible wearing yellow hard hats and high-visibility vests as they monitor the load placement on the truck bed. The site features a paved surface under clear blue skies with scattered clouds, indicating fair weather conditions. Blue and yellow truck branding displays the company name, Consolidated, alongside telephone contact details. This operation demonstrates the precise positioning and securing of critical industrial infrastructure onto specialized heavy transport vehicles.

A technician is positioned on a steel lattice electricity pylon to perform maintenance on power line infrastructure. The worker is securely fastened to the tower structure using a full-body fall arrest harness, which includes a lanyard clipped directly to the steel members. He is wearing a bright yellow hard hat, a high-visibility lime-green vest, dark work trousers, and gloves for hand protection. The site is located in an open, grassy landscape with rolling hills visible in the background under clear, sunny blue sky conditions. The steel tower remains static during this high-altitude task, which focuses on the inspection and servicing of overhead transmission components. The operation highlights the essential manual labour involved in maintaining electrical grid integrity at height.

A blue and yellow rigid truck operated by Consolidated is used to transport a large steel lattice structure. The load consists of a triangular metal framework section secured firmly on the flatbed of the vehicle. The truck features high-visibility branding on its cab, which includes contact telephone numbers and the services provided. The vehicle is positioned on uneven, dry ground adjacent to a perimeter fence near a high-voltage electrical substation. Overhead power lines crisscross the bright blue sky, indicating a clear and sunny day. The transport operation is effectively moving heavy infrastructure materials to the required location for assembly or maintenance work at the site.

A truck-mounted hydraulic crane is positioned to support maintenance activities on a tall, lattice-style electrical pylon. A rigger wearing a high-visibility vest and a safety helmet is harnessed and secured to the top section of the pylon while interacting with the crane hook. The rigging setup includes a hook block suspended directly at the summit of the structure to facilitate necessary technical adjustments. Two additional ground-based personnel wearing high-visibility gear are present at the base of the pylon to oversee the safety of the site. The work is taking place within an electrical substation environment during clear, sunny weather conditions. This precise aerial manoeuvre allows the team to conduct repairs on the elevated electrical infrastructure safely.

A yellow mobile crane is currently suspended with its long boom extended to perform a heavy lift operation. The load consists of a large, blue structural steel frame being hoisted into the air. Red synthetic slings are connected to the crane hook to secure and stabilise the load during the manoeuvre. A crew member wearing a high-visibility yellow vest and a white hard hat stands on the ground, observing the lifting process. The ground surface is composed of compacted red earth, while the clear blue sky indicates a sunny day with excellent visibility. This coordinated operation allows for the precise positioning of the steel structure near a large industrial warehouse, completing a key stage of the site assembly process.
